That usually is part of the case not the mother board.

no ,,,,, most are set into the smaller power aux lead usually has 4 connections, most new sys boards are like this but you can in some cases alter the setup of the switch in the bios or via the jumper positions, but you still need an atx psu to run most new sys boards, which has the aux power supply connector.

u can used the same or buy a new power supply the switch is there
