Indy 500 for sure. There is nothing else like it, the atmosphere there in May is amazing,
i love it because i can't even explain it its just really cool if you haven't been you defiantly need to go.I'm going in 2008 for sure but I always go, my grandpa has had 6 seats for 45+ years and when he died this past march I got the tickets and I plan on going till I die.

I have only attended the races at Texas Motor Speedway, and it is a very good event under the lights on a Saturday night. I've been going since 2001 (when there were two races), and will continue to go every year. Would like to attend Indy some day!

My first Indy 500 back in 2006 had to have been without a doubt my favorite. The heat was brutal, but that's what going to a race is all about. Drinking and not trying to faint. But, because I saw what had to have been one of the most exciting finishes in Indy 500 history makes it memorable. The people are diehard, and you make friends in an instant. I absolutely love how no matter who you root for, no matter the weather, everyone is there for one reason only; to see the greatest spectacle in racing. Can't wait for the 92nd!

I went to the race in Joliet Ill. four years ago. It was the best racing I've seen at that track ( I've also seen ARCA and Nextel Cup races there as well). Sam Hornish was in fourth place entering corner three on the last lap. They ended up crossing the line three wide and it took several minutes before they declared Sam the winner. I would like to go again this year if possible.

I've always loved the Indy 500, I didn't make it this past yr I hope to in 08, living in Calif, I love the race over in Phnx, smaller track, they drive these cars hard and in traffic there. I've been to 15 Indy 500's the races there will always be my favorites.

Chicagoland last year had a great weekend got to see a lot of stuff in the pits (far more access then I had ever got in my 10 years of racing. and the finish of both IRL and Indy Pro

properly - as adversarial to nas88car300 i'm no longer that unhappy that the Indy vehicle series isn't coming returned to an oval in the Chicago area... it rather is extreme high quality to make certain them turn the two left and good! yet i'm disillusioned that they do no longer look to be coming returned to street united states of america of america. So i assume, different than performing some racing myself - i may well be going to make certain ALMS and a few classic events at street united states of america of america.

I attended the 1981(Indy 500)
To see Sheldon Kinser win the Race we were friends and I was a guest, well he didn`t win
part 2 of your question I will prob. never return ,,I love racing but the reason for my answer Danny Ongias Wrecked right in front of me and the car burned He didn`t die but was burned so bad you could smell it, that's all I could see with my eyes closed even.........

The race @ Texas... It's the only one I've seen in person so I didn't have any other choice! lol... It was AWESOME though and I hope to go back sometime soon. This was about 3 years ago when I went and I've had $$$ priority to see NASCAR and my Razorbacks.. but this year I'd like to go watch them race @ Richmond, or Chicagoland!
