Having spent last Christmas down in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt enjoying the heat and sun I find myself having to spend this Christmas freezing to death in Blighty.

However, looking at where the celebs are spending their Christmasses:

I was wondering what your ideal Christmas getaway would be: Barbados like Simon Cowell or the Maldives like Paul McCartney?

Not really, Christmas to me means cold! It means British winter weather with a fire burning and a big big dinner!

nope . to be honest..

better with family..

as for celebs.. thats a funny term, a lot of them aren't these days..

what is cowell famous for? releasing countless versions of unchained melody and making money out of a bunch of singers. (yes SINGERS.. not bands)

No, would much prefer to spend it somewhere much, much colder. Lots of thick snow, a roaring log fire, great food and drink, cosy blankets on the bed and most of all my man to enjoy it with me.
