The Husky mowers (colored red and grey) sold at Tractor Supply are made by MTD. Husqvarna (colored orange)make their own, along with the Craftsman, and Poulan.

Not sure but a more important question is who makes the engine on it. Stay away from Briggs & Stratton motors.
