deleted characters on World of Warcraft. Have you gotten them back?

a hacker stole everyhing from my level 70 warlock and deleted my character. please dont tell me that it was for the best. i spent alot of time and sweat making this character great. can you understand my frustration???? dear blizzard please make my christmas a happy one and restore my account.

If you havent already started the process to get your account back, you follow the little guide below. Dont be surprised if this takes a few weeks to get completed. Although its not guarenteed, people do get their accounts back and their characters restored all the time.

You'll want to start by contacting Billing Support and making sure the correct e-mail is associated with your account as most of the recovery process is done via e-mail.

Once you have updated the information on your account, you can retrieve access to your account by filling out the Password Retrieval form:

If you do not remember your Secret Question and/or Answer, you will need to fill out the Secret Question and Answer Retrieval Form:

Once access to your account has been re-established, you will want to contact Account Administration to have your account reopened. Be sure to let them know that your account was compromised.

People have gotten their deleted characters back, yes. Usually though, it's because of something that happened on Blizzard's end, not because a hacker stole your password. It won't hurt to send them an email and ask.

dontk now if there is gonna be a whole lot that they can do.

u would have to talk to someone this has happened to before,

u might just be out of luck. bad to say but is the truth and how did someone get ur account and password?????????????

yea you can.......someone got onto my friends he had well over 9 70s everything form money to armors and bags taken and all but 1 70 deleted he reported this to Blizz. then they was able to give him his charc. and all his items and coin back
