Cheddar in a sandwich, on toast, on a jacket spud or on its own, but mozzarella on pizza. I'm not really a fan of cottage cheese.

I would have to say cheddar. It goes well with much more things than mozzarella and cottage. =]

melted mozzarella- but only on occasions cause thats super fatty..
otherwise mild cheddar cheese
all cooked or melted i dont like raw cheese
