Not to much. I used to read three or four books a week depending on the length of the books. Now it takes me three or four weeks to read one. Alas, I have become an Internet junkie. I can't afford rehab. Is there a self help program I can enter? Can I take pills for this? Maybe a patch? Perhaps a ten step program? I admit I am powerless over my addiction.

I am an avid reader who comes from a family of avid readers.

Books and reading is my favorite pleasure and pastime and I put away about 4 or 5 books a month....

I usually have one for bedtime reading (light, nothing too attention grabbing) and one in the living room....

The Internet for me is a way to idle away a coupla hours now and then. I sell on Ebay, do genealogy, research politics, keep up with my favorite candidates, use the dictionaries, spend time on Yahoo/Answers and a coupla other boards that I enjoy. It is a tool, not a lifestyle.

Reading, however, is my preferred pastime.....

I do still read books; but not as many as I did before I had a computer and internet access. I'll never give up reading books entirely-books are an irreplaceable pleasure for me-but I must admit that computers, online activities, and other geeky things appeal too me as well. I guess I'm becoming a hybrid.....;)

I am an avid reader! The internet has actually given me better access to finding hard to find older books that I have been wanting to re-read, pre-order new books coming out and to discuss books that I am currently reading or hear about books that I would otherwise have not heard about.

I don't spend much time on here. I read a book a week . Sometimes I am reading two at the same time. If one gets boring I go to the other for a while.

As a matter of fact, yes. I just bought a new book and yesterday my daughter gave me one she just finished. I intend to read today after I go to the grocers. It's a "rainy day in Virginia", though mild and I look forward to curling up in my chair and having a good read!

When I vacation to the islands each year, upon arrival I take off my watch, use no cell phones, no internet and take books and sit on the beach and read...WONDERFUL respite!

I can't remember a time in my life when I've not read for some time each day. I'd agree that the Internet is a great source of information, but for sheer peasure there is nothing like losing myself in a good book.

YES I love to read. I haven't been able to concentrate much lately. I am finally getting able to do that again.. I like to read to learn different things and learn about other cultures and just enjoy the art of the authors. I also keep a couple of books in my car for traffic jams. I once got in a long jam and had nothing to read.

I still read a book a day, more-or-less. I went through a stage of writing reviews on a lot of them, but nowadays I just put the good ones on guides and reading lists on Amazon.
