I sleep with the lights Off but I have Christmas lights hanging up in my room, so I keep them on

Me no lights. Just set the phone alarm and go to the switch and switch off the light and the only light is the phone. I stare at the phone, nothing else and get to bed, ready for sleep and when the phone light's off, shut eye!

We have a dim hallway light on because the kids freak out if the lights are off if they wake in the night.

Off.....but I work a night job, so I sleep during the day. I don't know if the sun counts as a light or not. :)
