I Came Upon a Roadkill Deer (to the tune of It Came Upon a Midnight Clear) is my fave, though 'Walkin Round in Women's Underwear (to the tune of Walkin in a Winter Wonderland) gets all the attention.
In fact it comes from a whole CD of funny Christmas songs ('am Santa Claus' to the tune of 'Iron Man' by Black Sabbath is also good)
The CD is: Bob Rivers Twisted Christmas Carols (in fact I think there's more than one now but I'm talking about the original one)
