'como' means 'how' and usted is the formal form of 'you'. There are commonly used phrases such as "como está usted?" = "how are you?" but I'm not sure what 'unt' means.
'como' can also mean 'like'. Perhaps you misheard 'unt' or it is a slang word for something.
Jen: Phonetically reading that suggests it means "there are no birds in the hay (although spanish for hay is heno)" As a reference to your youth it could be some sort of metaphor or a childhood assurance that there is nothing to fear from birds in the hay.

I looked on a translation site and this is what it said "like unt you." So unt isn't a word. Hope this helped you.

Cómo está usted means "how are you? "unt" doesn't mean anything as far as I know.

Not unless "unt" is slang for something. The online translater I used came up with"like unt you" so that's meaningless.

Strange. I thought that the first thing you learn in any language is 'How are you?'. Como esta usted?
