What I want to know is who the hell gave Santa the right to decide if we have been bad or good? Last time I checked Santa didn't have a judical law degree where in he has no right to freakin judge me! But back to your question....Yes! Santa is a peeping tom, and I'd also go as far to say that he is a stalker since he does this all year round.
