Can I call them back to cancel the order? Or would that cost an extra charge because I read alot of negative feedback on it.

there may be a restocking fee but it would be less than the amount paid and why own something you will not use or want!!!!

According to the Better Business Bureau you have the right to cancel it. If you used a credit card you can call the credit card company and have them cancel it, if by check on-line you can contact your bank. If they charge you for canceling it they have to have it stated in their fine print, if it's not posted you can contest it but being realistic you'll be charged anyway.

They have a return policy because i sent one back just follow the directions

Yes, you can call them and ask them to cancel the order.

They may say, "No", but you can ask.
