We read that the two worlds infamous serial child neglectors, scammers and MAIN SUSPECTS are demanding their 'Human Rights' that they no longer be considered the MAIN SUSPECTS in the disapearance of their daughter, and are prepared to take their case to the European Court. This should be interesting, I'm no legal expert, but I understand first you need to exhast the legal process in the nation you have a grievance before being allowed anywhere near a European Court. I'm sure we would all like to see the McCanns plead their case in both Portugal and Europe and explain why they neglected their children resulting in the loss of one.
Is this just another sad piece of pathetic McPR ? Bring back Justine McGuiness ?

PHEW! I would not do that if I were them. You see, it will be then completely open for the Portuguese police to show the European Court ALL that they have in support of their claim that the McCanns SHOULD remain main suspects. Considering that ENTIRE Portuguese justice system is in support of the Portuguese Police and the evidence they have, I don't think it is a good decision for the McCanns to do that. I would tell them to allow the case to naturally come to its conclusion. Let is all die, McCanns... your best option. If a decision of the European Court goes against yoiu suspicions will now be reinforced, confirmed, whatever, against you. YOU'VE HAD IT BASICALLY !

Their rights?! They are incredible! Do they really think anything will bring them back to 'normality'? They will be forever known as the parents responsible for the disappearance of their daughter, this will be with them for the rest of their sorry lives! It's a pity they hadn't shown Madeleine the same concern and the poor little mite would be with her brother and sister enjoying the magical world of Christmas... McVile McMe's...

what about the rights of an innocent child??
I hope they take their case to the European courts
They are cracking and are clutching at straws in a desperate attempt to get the Portuguese police to back off
However these threats only make them more determined to get Justice for Maddie and not to be intimidated by the mccann circus
I do not see Mr Robert Murat shouting from the roof tops and that action in itself speaks loudly of innocence
Would justine mcguiness have to give evidence if it ever went to the haig?
I am sure that would be intresting

They can TRY.
If they manage to wriggle away from any charges we'll know full well what we've always known on Human Rights, THEY ONLY BENEFIT THE GUILTY!
Anyway, I've just read this from Sky, link below.
Seems G Mccanns' tennis-bag also disappeared back in May, along with madeline.
he can't keep track of his belongings any more than his poor daughter.
When they are both charged & it sticks, we'll all have MORE Faith in the justice system, because right now....................

i think your obssesed with the mcCanns......your posting about them all the time. everyone knows that they neglected their children that fateful night, and they know this also, and im sure they will learn from it, they have a paid a huge price for it, as they are going to go through hell this christmas without their little daughter, they dont need people like you bringing these questions up all the time. i think you need to start having abit of a life instead of wasting your time on this subject.
