I agree, there are many fertile affluent places in Africa, but there are also many very poor places as well. Although I think the UN should be harder on these corrupt leaders and help the people to learn how to farm the land themselves, but some people just want to sit back and receive all this aid in stead of making things better for themselves. Shame though!
