I'm 7 weeks pregnant, and just noticed about 3 hours ago that I'm spotting a very light pink substance. It's no different then my usual vaginal discharge besides that it's very light pink, and I only notice it when I wipe after using the bathroom. I havent done any exercise or anything that may have physicall caused it. I feel no pain anywhere, just a very very slight bloated feeling, but no pain whatsoever. But I'm scared. I've been sitting here crying for the past 2 hours, because my boyfriend is out of town, my mom is on a ski trip, and all my friends are to drunk to come pick me up to take me to the Emergency room, and my car is broken down and wont even start. I'm so scared that I'm miscarrying. I've looked for info online, but none of it really helped. I had an Ultrasound a week ago, and everything looked fine, saw the heart beat and everything, and I havent had any complications, not even morning sickness. So why am I spotting?

Maybe I should note that this is around the time I would usually be having my period if I wasn't pregnant. Not sure if that matters, but I thought I'd throw it in.

Please don't be scared, I know its easier said than done, but light spotting that is a light pink or dark brown in color early in pregnancy is very normal, a lot of women have it. It doesn't mean that theres anything wrong with you or your baby. If you were having a miscarriage I promise you would know, it would be painful. Keep an eye on it until you can get someone to take you to the hospital for peace of mind. Try to calm down and not stress out (again i know easier said than done) because that can be bad for you and for baby. Good luck.

I've had bleeding with my 2 healthy pregnancies and also one miscarriage. I've never had morning sickness either and believe that my hormone levels were low resulting in the bleeding. If it's light with no cramping then everything is probably fine. When I first started bleeding my OB sent me for an ultrasound to check that things were okay. When I miscarried things were different, the blood was brighter and more of it. Then I started cramping and woke up one morning like I was having my period. I had spotting from about 6 weeks until 12 weeks and unless things get worse they probably won't keep sending you for ultrasounds. Unfortunately there is nothing they can do this early in pregnancy to stop you from miscarrying, take things easy for a week or two if you can.

I'm 1 month 2 weeks pregnant and i spotted a light pink blood and after it turns brown is it normal

It can be normal for pregnant women to bleed a little, I did with my last. Mine was more a brown colour and my doctor told me that it was basically my body getting rid of the old to make way for the new, if that makes sense. If it's very very light pink, I wouldn't worry too much about it unless it is like a heavy period. My cousin had a regular period every month with her second, she had no idea she was pregnant, but still mention it at your next doctors visit.

I know its hard but you need to calm down, because you can cause yourself to miscarry if your under too much stress. It can be ok sometimes to have spotting even if its pink. I did with my first one and he was full term and healthy. When your able go see a doctor, or go to the hospital for your own peace of mind. If you get bad period like cramps or heavy bleeding you need to get to the hospital asap.

I've had a early miscarriage 4 times all of them i had cramping, and i started passing what looked like blood clots, so unless your bleeding is heavier dont start to worry.

First of all don't panic, I have two beautiful girls and I spotted with both of them at arround the same time as you. If it was bright red and you had cramping pains then it would be more worrying.
However, why don't you call the hospital to start with, ask to be put to the maternity unit and ask them for advice, they'll be more than happy to oblige. Then, take it from there. A check up and peace of mind is the best cure :)

dont panic! the spotting is most likely due to the fact that your period would be due about now! as long as you are not bleeding heavy and no spotting you should be o.k! i had this also as my second period would of been coming around! the little bit of spotting is o.k!! if you feel to uncomfortable about it call your dr but im sure they will tell you the same thing! try not to worry yourself it sounds pretty normal!!
