I love all of those first 6 qualities in a woman, that you mentioned, but the last word for the man is not on. Regardless of what the beer swillers think, the woman has equal say with her man on all topics, unless it is something that is particularly relevant to that persons skills / knowledge, and then, it's not gender based anyway. If a guy loves his woman, he wouldn't shout her down over anything, but rather discuss and resolve the issue as a team.

Your description of a submissive woman isn't what I normally think of as submissive. In my opinion, a submissive woman puts her man's needs and opinions above everyone else's, including her own. A submissive woman is easily bossed around and would never dream of standing up to her man because he's the "boss" and the "head of the household."
Generally, I'm sure many men like submissive women. There are guys who have really low self-esteem so they need to be with someone they feel is WEAKER, that they can boss around in order to make themselves feel more manly. Then there are men who appreciate a submissive woman because society has so demasculated men so they appreciate a woman that makes them feel like a manly man.
I hate that term really. A relationship isn't about one person constantly being the person who gives in while one person runs the r'ship. A relationship should be a loving thing where both people matter and where there aren't any weird pschological power struggles.

First, I am a submissive woman. And I can tell you, giving the last word to anyone else when it comes to decision making isn't submissive, that just makes you a doormat.
And any GOOD dominant man, wouldn't want that much control. Because he understands, that any person can give too much of themselves. Each one of us must retain a little something for ourselves, otherwise we become spent and have nothing left to give.
And not all men like submissive women, there are a lot of men out there who like to be the submissive and I'm not just talking sexual.

Some do, some don't. It greatly depends on the size of their ego.
I'm not submissive even in the nice way you described it. The last word could be mine ... or his.
My bf doesn't like submissive. He gets bored.

I think men like them . . . I am all of the above except the part about him having the last word....I don't agree with that part. I will discuss it and if my man has a better idea than I do, I might agree, otherwise, I go with my own decision. . .

Yes, I've heard guys say that. Most people don't think of submission as you've defined it, though, but more like a servant.

count my man in.... am submissive woman in the sense that i love being a woman and act as is. i respect him being a man provided he stands by it. other than this...i do not regard myself to the point of being treated as doormat. just enough to be submissive and enough to be a bull when needed.
lol ! it drives him crazy.

It's the only kind of woman I would consider.
Although, having the last word isn't always so important.
Not nearly as important as sweet, kind, gentle, supportive...etc.

i would say that 90% of most mature men are looking for a woman like this. Now most young guys just want "one thing" and forget about the whole package.

Omg yes. Are you available? I sure am! I'm not a domineering guy at all, rather I like to treat my g/f as an equal and expect the same.
