In all honesty you should never ever have sex until you are ready for the possible consequences of your actions, whatever age that is. You need to realize that there is not a single 100% affective form of birth control or 100% safe sex. There is always a margin of error. Know yourself and know your partner, then make the decision together.

Today, no age needed, many young people today are so interested in sex. If you like, go on... Many are doing it today, you will be one of them. You can't be sure that if both of you will use contraceptives, your partner will not get pregnant. What if you did not notice that the condom has small holes, and then if she will be pregnant, what next to be happen? You are obliged to rear the baby and support your unwanted family.

If you think it wrong, that's a good choice. You don't need to be rush. You can wait until you will be married, if you can control your lust...

How in the world would anyone on Yahoo Answers know that? 16 too young? If you have the money to support yourselves without any help at that age then go ahead and jump.

No one can stop you from doing that. If you want - go on, but USE CONDOMS!!! If you don't have a condom - don't do that. Always use one!
