i unlocked sweet performance items but when i bought a new car they were locked again...why???

tier lvls... u probably unlocked tier 1 gear but u bought as tier 2 car =P
u cant mix and match, only tier 1 goes with tier 1 cars tier 2 gear with tier 2 cars ect

Save the game after bought the car and reload when got a prolum.
use trainer for this game to unlock features.
