I am always tired and on occasion feeling nauseas before bed. Is it normal to not want to have sex?

I'm 11weeks too. I also have zero sex drive! Its funny because the last 2-3 wks my 'morning sickness' usually only comes later at night now too, just when I want to go to sleep, so that doesn't bode very well for doing the mattress mambo at all!

The last thing on my mind is sex and that is completely normal. I felt like a nympho with my first, lol, second child was a bit here and there and this time its just not there at all.
I think once you get between 18-32wks you feel much better and it does come back but don't put pressure on yourself to have to have sex. Pregnancy does all sorts of nasty things to our bodies and its very normal to have no sex drive.
It will get better.

best of luck

yes its normal I'm 11 weeks on Wednesday and i really don't feel like sex and I'm normaly very up for it,and i have been having the odd feeling sickness at night ,with my last 2 pregnancy my daughters my sex drive rocket i always wanted sex even at 8 months .so each pregnancy is different .if you don't want sex just spend time cuddling your partner and kisses so you will still stay interment.good luck and enjoy your pregnancy

Hehehe...yep and it can be a problem with the entire pregnancy or your sex drive will pick up in the 2nd trimester. For my last pregnancy I couldn't get enough sex...for this one he has to bribe me with cake for me to even consider it. And even if I do get the cake it's not even a done deal. It's normal and something you'll have to live with. It may help if he doesn't pressure you into it or nag about it...I found that if hubby starts with cuddles and plays with my bump I'm more receptive (that is AFTER I get the cake of course). :P Good luck!

Most women will shy away from sexual relations during their first trimester when morning sickness and fatigue often get in the way of love making. During the third trimester, some women find themselves uncomfortably large and prefer not to be intimate, whereas others continue having intercourse right up until they go into labor.

Oh yeah. That's just part of it. You should get your sex drive back in your second trimester. Then go back to no sex during the third. It will get better.
