We disregard high-risk factors (smoking, drinking, unprotected sex, tattooing) in our life until it's too late. And because significantly more of us engage in combat.

because woman is better in coping with stress than man.
Woman somehow learns much more through her social life how to cope with stress with friends, talking and discussion.
On the other hand man is not that free in talking about problem due to ego or as a fighter not to admit weakness.
Well I am a man, I can tell that because I know that.

Men in general think of themselves an indefensible. They can smoke, eat too much fatty foods, drink too much, drive too fast and not wear seat belts or helmets when riding motorcycles, do not go to the doctor unless brought in on a stretcher unconscious. My own husband refused to go to the doctor or the hospital, and he was having symptoms of a heart attack. Needless to say he died. He was only in his early forties. His diet was bad, he smoked, and he also was about 40 lbs overweight. He had a lot of stress from owning his own business which added to his other problems.

There are several reasons. Men, thanks to testosterone and societal expectations, are more likely to take dangerous risks. Men tend to be more thrill seeking than women and as a result, put their life in danger. For example, it is not a coincidence that 90% of snake bites happen to males; men are more likely to provoke a snake by harassing it. They also tend to work more dangerous jobs (firefighter, police officer, construction etc.) Men also commit many more violent crimes than women, and hence get killed more frequently than women. Finally, it is theorized that estrogen provides protective benefits against cardiac disease, the number one killer in the US. Since men do not produce as much estrogen as women, they are deprived of that protection and are more likely to suffer heart attacks. (It's important to note that once women reach menopause and estrogen levels drop, their risk of heart attack increases to that of men.)
It is also interesting to note that married men have a longer life expectancy than single men, while single women have a higher life expectancy than married women. Married men tend to be less risk taking (that's why their car insurance decreases in price after they get married), eat healthier, and benefit from a woman's nurturing.

Biological reason:
Estrogen protects women against heart attacks until menopause. Many more men than women have diseased hearts by their 40s or early 50s.
Lifestyle reasons:
Men are more likely to smoke. As that gap lessens, the difference in life expectancies has decreased a lot.
Guys are more likely to enjoy risky activities, from driving too fast to skydiving.
Boys generally have poorer impulse control as teens and young adults. More boys than girls have ADHD, and ADHD people are more likely to take chances than other people.
Boys play rougher sports, too.
Society lets girls release stress by crying but makes fun of boys who cry.
Many more boys than girls are involved in criminal activities. Boys are more likely to use street drugs, be incarcerated, or be victims of homicide. All of these reduce lifespan, especially being a victim of homocide!
Boys are much more likely to abuse alcohol than girls and to drive drunk. Also more likely to have sex with excessive numbers of partners without using protection.
As a society we encourage and almost expect boys to do dangerous things to be "manly." Most of these things are incredibly dumb, but boys feel they have to act dumb to show they are macho. Really dumb.
