teething and in lots of pain. there are numbing creams such as bonjela that you can use and you may need some baby panadol.watch their temperature as well use teething rings and place in the fridge to cool as this will soothe their gums just make sure you keep their sugar and acid levels low as this can cause decay once the teeth are through clean their gums twice daily with a clean damp flannel and do the same when the teeth have erupted.xo

LOL I'm only joking. I don't really refer to my baby like that, I promise. But seriously, when a baby is getting teeth (either they're coming in but not quite breaking the gums or they're cutting them) it's called teething =)
