Way to do it last minute! You only got two days left! Good luck!

Mom: Bath and Body works
Dad: (all dads are diffrent....you are on your own)
Sister, brother, cousion: Gift certificate to favorite store
Grandpa: Cologne
Grandma: Perfume
5 girl friends: Buy them scarfs or get them some gifts from the dollar store.

Say you want to spend $70 max. Go for $5 gifts for each of your 12 people + tax.
--Often the girls on your list will like lotions and sprays with pleasant smells.
--Guys go for food, almost anything edible.
--At Target (men's dept. Christmas display) I saw $5 keychains that light up and make a noise when you whistle. Makes finding your keys much easier.

--How about a trip to the grocery store -- buy the green apples and come home and make 2 or 3 homemade apple pies. One for home and one for G&G
You'll impress their socks off!

--Friends and bro and sis would each appreciate their own bag of cookies / or chex mix. / fudge

Somehow people seem to appreciate more the gifts made with hands of love.

Just let me shuffle through my idea pot...

Ok, if you can't think of anything for certain people, my first bit of advice is to get them a gift card to the local mall.

Now lets see...

Mom: Chocolates? Clothes?
Dad: iTunes gift card (Needs an ipod) electronics
Sister: Clothes, acessories, regifters (great way to get rid of last year's fruitcake, your siblings!)
Brother: video games (Halo 3?)
Cousin: See top
Grandpa:Matt Monro CD
Grandma: Generally they just need love.
Friends: See sister, less regifters.

Sound good?

P.S: GET YOUR STUFF TOMORROW! Even if the mall is open on monday, it will be an absolute zoo (well, it still will be tomorrow). There is the possibility it won't even be open. Check the (holiday) business hours online. And next year, get your gifts earlier. Start thinking December 1st!
