Christmas is one of the biggest celebrations for the people belonging to the Christian faith. But it would be wrong to assume that it is only celebrated among the Christians. With the world becoming a global village, Christmas is now celebrated in many countries around the world. Caroling, feasting, and gift-giving along with the prayers and wishes - Christmas is celebrated with high spirits in various parts of the world. Though the mode of celebration, the dates and the traditions vary, the spirit remains the same everywhere. While most of us celebrate it as a festive season spreading over a week, for some it is a month long festival that starts with the Advent on Sunday next to November 26 and ends on January 6 with the feast of Epiphany.

In the beginning there was nothing, then the Lord God Greed created a festival of spending and called it after his son Chris, thereby giving it some credence. But The Lord God Greed was not happy with this creation for it did not provide enough profit so he had his son Chris killed and created another festival around the killing and called it Easter, this satisfied The Lord God Greed for some time until he saw more profits could be made lending money so he created Anti-Christs and called them Estate Agents, he then was happy for he had control of both camps.

it's to do with Christianity and the birth of Christ, it's not about a folk festival, the pilgrim fathers and missionaries took the Christian faith around the world and also the practice of celebrating Christmas, we are remembering when God became man, when he arrived on earth as a human baby
