um not sure what you mean....
like how they threaten this male dominated profession? i dont think its that big of a deal. my mom has worked many jobs(shes a computer engineer) and she has ran into pigs and normal nice people.
i dont think women are a threat to the egn. field...as long as they are doing their jobs(like anyone else) its no big deal...

Pffft women can do whatever they want nowdays, how are they a threat??? All the men and women I know outside of this crazy place get along and gender isn't even an issue. MAN!

Not to me they aren't if they are good.
But if they are the kinds that make it by brown nosing and back stabbing and using their gender instead of their brains and knowledge then yeah they are a threat. Same as any other brown nosing back stabber.
