Unfortunately some people think that they can say whatever they want and give no thought to whether their words are appropriate or not. It takes no special talent to hurt another person .It costs nothing to be kind,I can't remember where I heard it but I think it is kind of cute."Do you know why God gave us 2 ears and only one mouth? He wants us to listen more and talk less."

sarcasm is verbal battery
verbal battery can be belittling at times
belittling is the opposite of bebigging which means you have to be taken down a peg or two. Sometimes three.
After that you are put in your place. What that entails is making you aware that you are out of place.
Which brings on more sarcasm

On the internet, people say whatever they want to say.
I guarantee you that a lot of people on this site wouldn't have the nerve to say some of the things they say on here in real life.

It's a beautiful rule, but some people, unfortunately, think it does not apply to them in this section.

Their conduct disgusts me, they are not my role models, and I choose to ignore it so that I don't stoop to their level. Some days I am more successful than others, as all humans have their imperfections.

Here in Y!A since no one really knows anybody personally, it does not exist (for some people). They just think that its "cool" to just bash and be rude although it's still wrong

Alot of adolescents today are given the intellectual freedoms of adults without factoring their immaturity. Respect shouldn't be given to someone who doesn't know how to provide ot themselves.

What is considered "nice" anyways? Some people can take even the most innocent thing and misunderstand it to be something bad.

All people are different. We all have different opinions and we all can't be nice all of the time.
