DCM is used in labs to clean glass-ware and I've never observed any attack by that solvent. It is very volatile (boiling point = 40 °C).
Anyway, I doubt that you can dissolve baked grease with DCM so easily. I would try a solvent like DMSO or use an aqueous detergent solution in the heat.

Consult the manufacturer. Also test on an area that is not normally visible.

DCM should be without effect on vitreous enamel, which is a stable inorganic complex oxide structure, but there could conceivably be additives in the finish.

If you do use DCM, make sure that there is excellent ventilation, and for your liver's sake avoid ALL alcohol until well after fumes have dispersed.
