If you mean in a spacecraft, it could be done with velcro-type slippers and floor coverings. There is also an effect of gravity on the ground if the craft is spinning. If something is in mid-air, it will still float.

Walking in space does not mean we walk on outer space as we walk on earth surface.
Space there is vacuum.so we have to wear protective suit which must be pressurized and should have air for breathing
temperature control inside suit,Protection from Meteors and harmful radiation
So getting out from a space cabin to vacuum is called space walk

we arent actually walking in space. we are more or less floating. however, when we are on a planet or any universal body, ie the moon, the gravitational force is much less than that of the earth's so therefore, astronauts have their space suits carry much more mass so that they can actually stay in close to the surface without drifting to much.

you cant because there is no gravity... and no ground to stand on... if you mean how can you walk on the moon, its because there is gravity on the moon, just less than there is on earth
