William Gabriel is an okay name, it could work.
But if you want to use the name Malachia your child will be helped if you spell it Malachi (as the Old Testament prophet's name is spelled). That is the usual spelling and other people will find it easier (but maybe not easy) to pronounce than your suggested spelling.
If I were using that name, I would use a middle name that sounds like a boy's name. The only Channing I have known is a girl and to me it just doesn't sound like a boy's name. For a middle name to go with Malachi, I suggest another Hebrew name but one which is more common and easier to say, for example David. That way, he will have the option of using his middle name later if being called Malachi is too much for him to handle.
Your girls' names show you are putting thought into their meanings and that is good but they perhaps have too many syllables in them. Serenity is a wonderful personal quality to have but it may not be the best name for your baby, especially if as a teenager she turns out not to be serene! And I personally don't understand why people give girls names which end in -son, a very masculine ending. It is similar to giving boys names which end in -i (like Dani or Bobbi). Instead of Madison Rosanne, how about Grace Rosanne or Madeleine Rosanne (you could still call her Maddie)?
Naming babies is difficult, especially before they are born.
As for your friend's idea of Isabelle Rose or Isabella Rose, both are lovely. Depending on the sound and number of syllables of the baby's last name, your friend could choose the one which sounds best as a full name.

I like William Gabriel but do not like Malachia Channing. I would pair William with something a little more traditional instead of unique. Jeremy Channing, Lucas Cameron, Nicholas Adrian.
I like Serenity Abigaile, but again I don't like its pair Madison. What about Serenity Abigaile and Felicity Andrea. I think Serenity and Felicity are perfect names for twin girls. Not too matchy... just cute and perfect.
I prefer Isabella to Isabelle. Isabella Rose is pretty but definitely not as pretty as Serenity and Felicity. Good luck to both you and your friend. It will be fun both being pregnant together.

William is to common. Malachia is really different, Channing sounds cool. Gabriel that doesn't sound cool and he'll be called Gabe. Serenity is being toss around a lot lately. Abigaile is an old name, but good for a middle name. Madison...To common and Rosanne, no way Jose.

I think all of them fit great together as you have them now, but I'm not sure about either Malachia or Channing..
Also, Isabelle Rose sounds beautiful! Isabelle's better than Isabella, I think

I love william gabriel, but malachia is just sentencing your son to a life of mispronunciations. Channing is a nice middle name though.
Serenity Abigaile is beautiful and I like the way you spell it. Madison is a great name (with cute nickname possibilities) but Roseanne just makes me think of that awful TV show...
Isabella Rose is lovely!

Boys:
William Gabriel - William is really nice but Gabriel is not my style.
Malachia Channing (Ma-la-kai) - I prefer the spelling Malachi, otherwise the name is ok
Girls:
Serenity Abigaile - I love this but I would drop the e on Abigail
Madison Rosanne - Not my style at all
Isabella Rose - The best of the lot. So pretty.

i think William Gabriel is a adorable name, but maybe swich William and Gabriel around
how about instead of Malachia Channing, Michael Chance or Mitchell Craig
and instead of Serenity Abigaile, Serena Addison or Salena Amber
also instead of Madison Rosanne, Madilynn Rose or Marilena Roschelle.
I think Isabella Rachel is cuter but thats my opinon...

As I generally say, put the names with the last name too to see how they sound all together.
Not too certain about Malachai or Channing. That is a huge name to put on a kid! I do like the other boy name you have chosen.
Serenity is great. Why the "e" on the end of Abigail?
Madison is a very popular name right now. Do you want her to be one of many in her classes at school?
I prefer Isabelle.
But the bottom line is that you and your fiance are the ones to choose the names!!!!! It isn't up to us.
