Is there many poor people in USA? and why ? what's the reason of poorness ?

You have to define "poor" for that question to be valid.

Compared to the rest of the world, no, there are not many poor people in the US. Most of the welfare recipients drive cars to pick up their checks, are not starving, and have a roof over their heads.

There are a lot of people living under the "poverty line", but the federal guidelines are set pretty high.

MOST (not all) people who we think of as "poor" in the USA are poor because of lifestyle choices. Anyone who wants to get out of that category has the opportunity to do so.

So, to answer your question, no, there are not "many" poor people in the USA, as I would classify poor.

Overspending, Prices rising, Cars breaking, Supporting Children, Appliances breaking, High Intrest Credit Cards, Doctor Bills, High Intrest Mortgage, Not Enough Education because the cost of college being too much, Etc, Etc, Etc...
By Comparison, they're are more poor than Rich!

Yes, there are many poor people. There is no one reason. Drugs, lack of education, bad choices, generational poverty (usually families that go from generation to generation of living on public assistance), there are some reasons but everyone has their own story.

The so-called "poor" are only poor by comparison. Even the poorest homeless guy living on a streetcorner is better off than your average 3rd world peasant.
