i'd like 2 make a video with pix how can i do that? and then post it on u tube..

Use Windows Movie Maker
You can import still pictures or video into it and create a video slideshow using it.
After importing your images, drag & drop them into the storyboard or (better yet) the timeline.
Also, drag & drop transitions between frames and (if desired) drag & drop video effects onto still images. Feel free to add titles and credits. Also, try dragging some imported music into the Audio track.
Save it as a project while you are working on it then save it as a PC MOVIE (or whatever) when it's the way you want it.
The movie can then be uploaded to YouTube.
NOTE: Youtube videos should be less than 10 minutes.
