It could have been easily expected -- IF one had had any idea of the fraudulent reasonings behind the initial beginnings TO this thing that were the key to the support received to begin with !!
My question to them being used --- is --- why ?
unless someone is trying to circumvent the laws that limit the military conduct within a war situation -- and, are not THESE laws made to see that the conduct of an operation is within the humanitarian aspects seen as legal within the world community ? And, was not THIS country the one that was SO adament that such laws be placed into force ?
And, why, if we have military units capable of ANY type of paramilitary action --- would we need such a "group of thugs" anyway --- unless it WAS to circumvent the "chain of command" and deal with things on notes that fell outside the bounds of what is considered "just actions" ?
Any other country on earth -- that EVER uses mercenaries in their military operations --- are immediately termed BY THIS COUNTRY --- as ROGUES and THUGS --- So, then, what makes this action "proper" and "acceptable" for US ??

I did not know that until recently...in fact, I thought mercenaries were illegal. I didn't support the war, so it wouldn't have changed that....I didn't believe it was possible that weapons of mass destruction could have been discovered by one administration so quickly in their tenure.
I think they hire mercenaries so that they can break laws that US soliders would know were anti-American acts. Its not really about spreading democracy....since democracy, by definition can't be forced...its about getting money for different companies. Sick really.

Why do people insist on calling this a "war"?
It was an illegal invasion based on lies and deliberate disinformation by a corrupt administration.
One of the indicators of a shift to fascism is the proliferation of private military that is not subject to military law or codes of conduct.

I was a dumb 9th grader, definitely didn't occur to me.
Those who grew up during Gulf War I or paid any attention when Cheney was Defense Secretary I suppose should've seen it coming.

No, I did not know. However, the information is inconsequential. It is a rogue war, perpetuated by a rogue president, suborned, by a cowardly, creepy congress. They all suck !

They are not "mercenary companies". If left to the level of high school trained socialists, where do you think this country would be? Stop using the the words of your uniformed 'teachers' and start using your brain, that's why you have it.

God dammit! They are wasting more of our taxes?
*sigh* it' like I always say, the only people decent at politics are the ones wanting nothing to do with it... I honestly bet the people I sit with at lunch at school could do a better job than our current government...
