The reason people doubt the awesomeness of his campaign support is because most who search for something on the Internet and find that much overwhelming positive information, assume that it can only be coming from spammers, crazed Internet junkies,or even worse. However, just because almost everything that can be found about Dr. Paul is positive, does not mean that it is manipulated by a bunch of single minded web-savvy political pushers. It simply means that a lot of people actually do like him. It just so happens that many of them are young and spread most of their thoughts online, rather than relying solely on the "facts" that are selectively fed to us through our mainstream media, which is prompted more by corporate sponsorship than by objective journalism.

I have nothing against Ron Paul, but I think his supporters are just more vocal than the others. Remember "the silent majority". If a person had to votr for a candidate after logging on before they could do anything else, I'm afraid Ron would not be doing as good as appears online. I figure no more than 5%

People have bought into all this retoric for so many years from our current politicians, I think people are convinced we cant exist with small government or they might loose their free ride at the expence of future generations........so its whats better than good ol' fashioned name calling....paul's supporters are: Doctor's, Lawyers, Policemen, Military men and women, Factory workers, Elderly, Retired, Wallstreet daytraders and more, and probably a few wako's out there with thier agenda, that the rest of us think are morons.
Ron paul is the man, we think anyone who doesn't subscribe to freedom is the fascist wako's..

I can't wait for the naysayers to say Ron Paul is only popular on the web.. then whittle it down to "Ron Paul is only popular on Yahoo Answers".

I guess they don't get out much, either online, or offline. He's popular on lots of sites, even non-political ones. He's popular enough that I see a couple Ron Paul posters while driving to work. I don't see anyone else's.

Lets see them group up and vote for one Republican other than Ron Paul. I don't think they can, no "one" Media pushed Republican stands out, which creates a perfect storm of Ron Paul voters, whether they used to be Democrats, or Independents, or normal, decent Republicans.

Must feel weird to be left out, and be so cynical, huh? Oh well, they will benefit just as much as we will with a Dr. Ron Paul Presidency, they can thank us later.

They can't wrap their minds around what's happening. They're just grasping for straws. I'm not an extremist or a nerd. I've been a Ron Paul supporter for over a year.

You are right. Ron Paul actually does have huge support behind him. But the media and the CFR dislike him because they don't want change. Even if they mention him, they'll try to discredit him. Seriously, he wants to bring back our troops, low taxes, give power to the states, and have America back on the way it was found, as a Republic. He IS our last hope.

Restore the Constitution.

Because they don't want to believe that he has a fantastic shot at actually winning. I'm neither an extremist or a nerd. Notice how CNN doesn't ever include him in their stupid polls?!?!

Everyone should vote for Ron Paul in 2008 and in the primaries!!!

You know Ron Paul has a shot when he gets as much attention on here as he does and people have to make up ridiculous lies about him and attack him to make their candidates look good.

There are trolls on here strictly dedicated to Ron Paul bashing, it's 3rd grade all over again. They must be scared.
