i went to the mall today andit was madness.....i almost got into a fight with some woman cause she was pushing everyone just to get this hoodie in hot topic. grrr.....WHY DOES MATERIAL ITEMS MATTER SO MUCH TO PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD?

Because their priorities are not in the right place. They value material items more than the self or others.

i am one of these people. i kept putting it off and now i have to finish tomorrow no matter what. just a few items though and the post office which i'm sure is going to be crowded. but, i don't push people and i'm not rude unless they are rude to start with. today it actually wasn't too bad. everyone was really nice.

I finished all my christmas shopping today, it didn't seem crowded to me at all. But on the other hand I wasn't shopping at a mall.

I almost had a fight myself! A man was so rude. I finally challenged him and he backed down.
But to answer your question, a lot of the stores will lower the prices to entice people in. That's the case here in Dallas.

I dont get why material things matter so much to people...I just like getting something for my loved ones, something they'll enjoy so they know I care. But I'm like nearly broke, so hopefully it really is the thought that counts!

Because some people dread shopping because its a hassel, so they put it off until the end.

they don't know any better. If you ask me, they are just selfish. If I get somewhere and they are sold out, sure I'm sad, but I'll get over it. I'm sure they just think that no body else will wait and when they get there they think, I won't do it next year, but they still do...lol!
