The student would have to pass at least 14 courses (56 semester credits) at St. Norbert and fulfill all lower and upper biennium requirements and successfully complete the requirements of a major. A minor would not be required unless the major program involves teacher certification

Some people here are not adding correctly! Okay, so at my school, where each course is 3 units and a normal courseload would be 5 classes, it would take slightly less than 4 semesters to finish this requirement (60 credits -one 4-credit class=56 credits). However, what is clear from the statement above is that at St. Norbert, each course is 4 credits. I assume that means that you only take 4 courses/semester or the load would be pretty heavy. Therefore, it would take 3-1/2 semesters to finish this requirement.

I would say 5 semesters or two and a half years. At most universities 18 credits is the max for baseline tuition so taking any more credits than that each semester you would probably have to pay extra. It would take around 5 semesters to get that done if you're taking 18 credits each semester, but you could take less than that in 5 semesters to reach 56. and that would be two semesters a year, not counting any summer semesters.

Normally a full-time student takes 15 to 18 credit hours a semester, so he would be slightly short of the required 56 after three semesters but well beyond it in four. By taking an extra hour each of his first two semesters (like a P. E. course), he could do it in three.

If you plan to go to school 15 hours per semester, it would take 5 semesters. How long that would take is dependant on whether or not you plan to go during the summer and winter breaks.

4 semesters (2 years) if you're not a dumbass. If you're stupid, you'll be done in one or two semesters.
