I have played waterpolo for two years in 10th and 9th grade. Also i have done honors classes 10th and 9th grade(history and english). 11th grade is the breaking point. If i do IB(honors) next year i will have to do it in all classes, witch is alot of work. it most likely means i will have to pick between waterpolo and IB. I enjoy waterpolo alot and i want to become good at it, but if i do IB for 11th and 12th i can go to any school in the world. Its a really hard descion and there is no way i can do both.

An education is always best. The only good thing that could come from water polo (other than your enjoyment of it) would be if you could get a scholarship, but I doubt many schools offer water polo scholarships. Therefore, a good education will take you further in life than water polo.

hmm, masturbation or school. I'm not comparing masturbation to water polo. At least with masturbation you'd have something to show for your effort. This shouldn't even be a debate. Unless somehow Water Polo takes off in the world and becomes as big as basketball i'd suggest you put it down and get an education. Water Polo? Are you Serious? They don't even show water polo on ESPN. They put POKER on ESPN!!!

I had that difficulty once in my life to choose between continuing my cheer leading carrier or to get to study more... well I did both.. because I managed my time. In your case you could still go to any school you want because it seems like you're intelligent. Do what you really really love most. Think if the school you are going plays water polo too. If not then play water polo, because you're current school is your only hope to play this game :). Well it's still your choice :D

Good Luck!

Sure, sports is awesome and everything, but I'm pretty sure education is more important. Waterpolo won't get you far, whereas your education is basically your starting point in life.
