i am not sure if there is a page with all tuition rates for all the colleges

that you have to find on your own
usually very easy
just go to the universities that you want to go to, then there should be a page under TUITION RATE

also
tuitions vary from state to state
some in state universities cost less
and some out of state universities will charge twice as much or might not even accept you based on your major
so find out where you watn to go and get the details on their acceptance

but i know in cali, public universities like cal states or u.c.'s cost around 8-9k for instate residents

Each college will have this broken down on their website. They usually list books, room, board, and tuition.
