I use their first name if I know it. A word of duality may stand for its opposite, so I am not ready to use them.

The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative.

Buddy is a friend. It's also an informal way of greeting someone that you like. It is not necessarily a close friend. Another informal greeting similar would be "Hey, Sport". A sport is just another way of saying "good guy". It has other meanings, but used that way, that's all it means.

Buddy is a term for a friend. Another similar word you could use might be pal.

"Buddy" is a noun, basically meaning "comrade" or "friend."

Some synonyms are:

friend, chum, comrade, pal, partner, brother.

There's others out there that are slang, but I'm not sure which are really appropriate to use.
