Ever since the water co. worked on the lines on my street, my pipes have had air in them; I can't get rid of it. I've tried letting the water run, but it doesn't work. What else can I do to get the air out?

What is a leak down test? where do I find the pressure release valve?

Installing air hammers generally fixes the situation. It might behoove you to do a leak down test.

Bleed the air out of your hot water heater on the pressure release valve also try turning on water spicket out side[note[ using the pressure valve some times causes it to leak but they are inexpensive and easy to replace.if problem continues call city and tell them you had a plumber out and he said it was there fault

the shakeing of the pipes is cause from the water heater turn the temp down a little on the water heater and see if that helps
