An old cranky woman requests 'security', she can't find her car in the parking-lot, she says she doesn't know the licence plate number to her car, but when I ask why not, she goes;"BUT IT IS 'MY' CAR, I HAVE THE 'KEY'!!!" (what would you say or do?)

Ask her to describe the car.
It is always easier to find car by colour, than by license plates.

Or maybe it goes differently there where you are? Are taking license p. numbers on parking?

OK, she has the key, she doesn't know the number, but most probably she knows the colour and type. Help her or if there is something else waiting for me, get another stuff member, security guy, whoever, to help her.

If that happens to someone of my family I know I would like that that person gets help.
