Try checking to see if lingerie shops carry bras. If you are looking for a particular brand I would recommend the Playtex 18 hour bra with a soft cup.

Also, I don't know if you have malls in Jamaica but if you do check to see if they have stores there like Penneys. If not, you may be able to order online. Check out: http://www.jcp.com (the site for Penney's)
