Apparently some facts are in order. The Bush ratings are based on what he did. the Congress ratings are based on what they failed to undo. The failure to recognize the big difference is giving a sense of false hope to the clinically blind The light will dawn in January 2008.

In blaming the liberal media please don't forget, in addition to the printed media, television, radio and the web there are all those subliminal messages cunningly buried in greeting cards happy dreams old man.

You are incorrect again, probably because your Bushophobia is still blinding you. Your explanation for your beloved Demonrat Congress having a lower rating than Bush is laughable. Keep providing us with cheap entertainment, and when you grow up remember that liberals vote on Wednesday...

Like everyone else stated, it's up in the 30's while the democratic controlled congress is almost in single digits.
One reason for Bush's low numbers could be all the negative press he and the Iraq war receive in the liberal media. Especially amongst liberals and anti war nuts.

Last I checked, Bush was in the low-30s and Congress was in the high-10s.
I think it's safe to assume this nation is fed up with both the Democrats AND the Republicans.

It's actually in the 30s. You must have him confused with congress, which has had a lower rating than the President since about 2 months after the democrats took over.

So? It's still 2-3 times that of congress.
That brings up another question.. Why are so many congressmen running for president, when overall, their performance sucks???

Americans perceive the war in Iraq as erroneous and it is the main reason why Bush is low in the ratings game.

20's - 30's.....either way - it's low. Why is it low ? We are in debt up to our eyeballs (China owns us now), he has managed to dismantle any respect we had around the world prior to his arrival, his diplomacy skills are next to nil, our troops are in harms way because the so-called "Victory" Bush claimed - never happened, oil prices have never been higher, the housing market is in shambles, and the list goes on and on.

The ratings do indeed say it all. His approval rating is about 3 times higher than that of the Democrat Senate and Democrat House. Last time I checked they were stuck at about 8% approval.
