Everyone always says they'd like to keep in touch when they don't really intend to. How do you tell someone you want to keep in touch and let them know you mean it, especially if you're not best friends?

This is someone I've only known for several months. He's really extraordinary, and I have grown somewhat close to him, but he will be graduating from high school this year.

The best way to keep in touch with someone, regardless of how close you guys are, is to call them. Have their cell phone number. Or write a nice go away card with your number so they can call you whenever. I hope this helped =)

You could ask for an email address. If you know him well enough, ask for a phone number or offer yours. If you do get an email address or phone number, make sure you follow up on keeping contact.
Good luck.
