Extremely unlikely in your lifetime, even all combined.

Events like these are fairly regular on a geologic time scale. But on a human time scale it's much different, there hasn't been much major in our recorded history. The chances of something like that happening in this century aren't significantly different than for any other century.

There is only one that worries me much. It's happened only about 5 times in the entire history of life that we know, and it's looking very much like it could be starting again right now:

I have just had a vision. The Great Caldera beneath Yellow Stone National Park will erupt at 2:25pm on April 27th, 2019. The end is near!! The Sun will become a red giant and consume the Earth in 3 billion 386 million 326 thousand 234 days 18 hour, 47 minute and 15 seconds form NOW.. The real end is still far far in the future.

I've just watched Super Volcano. The commentators seem to take the approach that it's better to not really know. Which they don't. But it does kinda make you want to buy extra groceries. But we haven't seen any mass exodus out of Wyoming, huh? But, we just had the tsunami. Over 200,000 dead. So that one happened in your lifetime. Remember the volcano island off the western coast of Africa? If it's side slides into the drink, our East coast will be inundated with a tsunami up to 100 ft. high.
