I am thinking that the problem may lie within you, first you have a problem with bad breath and now genitals. Don't say anything check yourself out first.

I would break up with him.... something isn't right if there's an odor coming from that area.... i'm guessing you're a guy talking about a girl.. she might not have a STD.. but it may be a yeast infection. I really don't know how you could approach her without her becoming defensive. If it were me.. I'd be embarrassed as hell. So if I were you, I WOULDN'T mention it and just suggest sex in the shower or something....

I'd definitely tell him and he'd definitely tell me if it were an out of the ordinary smell. That might indicate an infection of some kind. But, yes, let's face it, it's a pretty smelly area. Mostly the phrase, "could you go wash real quick?" gets thrown around.

I would immediately tell them. There could be several reasons why there is an odor. One could be an infection. Your married to this person and should be able to tell them anything.

well, if youre in a serious relationship (like marriage) you should be able to communicate these things easily...
if youre really that afraid of offending them, like if theyre just really sensitive in nature, just passively (kind of in a joking manner) say something about how it smells a little silly down there. then laugh it off. it might be awkward, but i guarantee they'll do something about it without getting offended

I would feel uncomfortable but I would say it. They could have an STD that they would be giving to you. You can't keep your mouth shut on this one.

Get out the washcloth and soap. Make it part of foreplay.

If you love and care about this person please tell them. It might be a medical problem that needs to be looked at.
