Most laptop adapters I've seen are dual voltage. Look on the bottom. If it says something like 110-125/220-240, it's dual voltage. All you need from there is an plug adapter for the country you're visiting. Otherwise get a universal adapter that's dual voltage. I have a Kensington that works fine.

As mentioned by others, most laptop power supplies will work with both 110 and 220V. What you will need is the right adapter for the electric socket - and that's going to depend on where you're going, as different countries have different sockets. You can do an internet search and determine what adapter you'll need based on the country you're going to, or you can generally find a universal adapter kit at the airport, or just wait and buy the right adapter at your destination. Let us know where you're going and we can provide more detailed answers.
