it aint never gonna happen people been fighting each other for thousands of years longer than any war so what makes people think they can stop it now.
i'd like to see peace but i dont see it happening there, its a 2000 year track record of violents there

you could have the smartest people in office and the same thing will continue. if every country not from around there gets out and just lets egypt, israel, jordan, saudi arabia, palestine, lebanon, syria, bahrain etc. handle it on there own there still wont be piece

It's not a lost cause in the long term.
But world war over it is inevitable. It will be serious war, not one of these puny, discouraging wars.
After that, there will be peace, mostly, for quite a while.
Peace should come within 20 years, I'm guessing.
Of course, it won't be the end of war. Wars come and go.

Erock I am middle eastern and that was a totallyy rude thing to say especially when all arabs are fighting for peace when AAmerican troops are still in Iraq after they so called ended the war. All of Iraq is fighting with rocks when others are fighting with machine guns. I want peace so badly but i dont see any when Bush is president. It is soon 2008 and time for election i hope the people make a good choice for a person who is NOT off his/her rockker. They can stop it under a smart, new leader.
