Why aren't there more white receivers and running backs? I think the league should have something in place where they have to interview and scout all the black quaterbacks coming out of college like they do for the coaches.... oh wait they do its called the combine. And lets look at the black quaterbacks that are starting in the NFL right now:
Donovan Mcnabb- Since the super bowl Philly has a losing record with him as the starter and a winning record with white QB's such as Jeff Garcia.
Vince Young- 70.1 QB rating
Daunte Culpepper- 78.0 QB rating
Byron Leftwich- Got release from Jags because he had attitude problems. 59.5 QB rating
Micheal Vick- 75.8 QB rating, in prison

Blacks spend too much time in jail so when they get released they can't adjust to the NFL speed.

White QBs, normally, come from a two parent home, where more blacks have a one parent home with less discipline. To become a great QB & leader, one has to be very discipline, in whatever endeavor he pursues. Also, there are more white players playing in the lower grades in school, with more white coaches that molded their roles of leadership from their football beginnings. Black players, as a whole, are usually more athletic and can serve in many different positions and can fit better for the team, if the coach can find a good quarterback. A black player with QB potential can serve the team better if he is faster and stronger as a running back, receiver, or corner back, than playing quarterback.

my answer may sound a little racist but when the USA had slavery what did the white man do with black people they breed them to become strong and powerful. hence thats where most black stars play the athlete positions in RB, WR, CB, Saftey.

plus the coaches in the NFL havent gone to an offense that fits to a player of that kind. the spread offense or the shotgun option. you'll see those types in the college ranks more than the NFL.

im not saying it isnt possible for a black qb to adjust to a more NFL type system but it'll be hard.

Race has nothing to do with this, the NFL is a pro league and they don't look at color when they hire for a position.

It is a simple fact that the people that are chosen for what ever position is done based on skill alone.

I hope.... lol

Because blacks play the other positions besides QBs, LBs, linemen and some tight ends.

Because most black qb's come from the core have no morals, and are involved in dogfighting
does that do it for you!!

Because they are better at the position than colored people. Being a QB requires intelligence and leadership which are not strengths of the black man.

There is a stupid, racist answer to your stupid racist question.

It is racism, plain and simple. It is the most blantant injustice in America. I hope Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson show up at this next Superbowl and stage a big protest and put an end to it.
