I've only been with uncircumcised and I can tell the foreskin is important so don't know why anybody would want it missing. Hygiene is not an issue. Really though if you're uncut and thinking about getting it done don't do it because people tell you girls like it because that's just dumb, and it's really more to do with the guy who the penis is attached to, not the foreskin or lack of. Remember most guys in the world are uncircumcised and the phenomenon of liking them circumcised is pretty much to unique to the USA.

A natural penis (with foreskin) just plain works better, so that's what I prefer. I would not blame a guy if his parents had him cut when he was a baby, although I would be a little disappointed -- a man is more than just a penis! But I am very grateful to my husband's parents for letting him keep all his man parts.

If a guy had had himself done when he was an adult, it would make me question a lot of other things about him. I won't say that I (when single) would have rejected him on that basis, but I would seriously question his judgement and his suitability as a bf if he had been silly enough to voluntarily have part of his penis cut away. That's just creepy.

As long as you keep it clean (just takes 10 seconds to pull back and rub when you shower; it even feels good), it should be fine. the foreskin allows foreplay to be easy. As for looks, looks are generally most noticeable when soft, and during sex you'll be erect so the foreskin will most likely pull back a bit, so it shouldn't look that different to a cut one.
