umm I fear not falling in love! I guess some people might fear falling in love because they dont want to fall in love then have thier love die or not love them back.....just a guess though.

why would I fear "Falling In Love" ?! let me clarify what is love please, love : the emotion of strong affection and personal attachment why do people fall in love : 1 - because they want to offer someone something good that they have. 2 - they want to be with someone not as to depend on him or her but to share their life with them. 3 - They want to spend time with someone. There are a lot of people who fall in love for the wrong reasons and because of this, they can’t be in love. Being in love is a wonderful thing and some people just like the idea of it. can we control our love toward someone : You know that love is not acceptable in our Arab and Islamic communities, especially if you're a girl. so, I am a girl and I felt in love once when I was a young teenager, what did I do ? nothing, I just took control of that love in an appropriate manner, and got rid of it. Is love haram in Islam ? We do not say love is halal or haram because it is a feeling. Maybe it is not under control. You can judge what is under control. But people who fall in love are in many episodes away from the cleansed and pure atmosphere. Marriages that are usually good and lasting marriages are those that start at the least affection. That affection grows after marriage and maybe it will grow until the couples continue their companionship at the Jannah. Quran 2:165 And [yet], among the people are those who take other than Allah as equals [to Him]. They love them as they [should] love Allah. But those who believe are stronger in love for Allah. And if only they who have wronged would consider [that] when they see the punishment, [they will be certain] that all power belongs to Allah and that Allah is severe in punishment.

The fear of love occurs because love is a gamble. Sure, it can lift you up emotionally and make you feel better than you have ever felt before.
An analogy could be a plane. Even though it can lift you up so high, it can stop at any moment and drop you out of the sky which would result in major pain because it lifted you so high in the first place.

I did as i have been hurt so much before ' so i took a chance and my heart got broke in a million pieces;again but in a few months when my heart heals again; i;ll shake my self off ' and start looking for a real man; who is not going to cheat or lie' and just be a great man; for a great women ..

Yes, but i'm falling in love now. My only fear is that something happens to one of us and we won't be together. I'm afraid of rejection and heartbreak.

Usually leads to big trouble, but, it's better to have loved than to never have loved at all! There's nothing to be gained by playing it safe! Play it safe & miss out on everyting!!!
