Honoured. Most of the English speaking world spells it that way.

Honour, I had an english teacher who would talk away marks if we used american spelling for words. I still spell with Canadian english, like colour, honour, neighbor. For Lieutenant we pronounce it leftenant

As a general rule Canadians use "our" rather than "or" in words such as honour, neighbour, etc. Or perhaps I should not word it this way. How about as a young girl I was taught to use "our", but either spelling was considered correct. I'm actually unsure as to whether this is applied today.
